hi all have stripped the inside of my 40 footer and wish to use insulation between the steel roofing and the new ply i shall be putting up, is there such a spray on stuff that some one was talking about if so would any one no the name or no if it works thanks stuart ...

I wish to get my narrow boat shotblasted and repainted due to too much heavy paint over years but no rubbing down. It looks like the moon with loads of craters. Do I need to have it shotblasted or is there a tool that can take it back to metal? My boat is moored in Peterborough. Stuart.
