  1. I will only be cruising at weekends as unfortunately have to go to work......... I have been reading a posting on inverters today but you all seem to have different views on them which confuses me even more.In an ideal world I would install a built in dieasel genny but they are not in my budget and as I live in Willington I hope to get a mooring with electric hook up at new marina being built. Not what I really had in mind, living in a marina to me its a bit like living in a camper van in a car park but here on the trent and mersey as with most places I expect other morings are like gold dust. mandy
  2. if this reply is wrongly done I appologise you are my first forum reply. Would like to use a washer and tv ect . Have looked at the honda diesal generators and some others and read advice on this site about size ect but any help and advice is much appreciated.
  3. Im sorry after spending many months of reading this site Im actually asking advice myself now. Im having a sailaway lined and with galley which will be arriving in lovely jan.bbrrr. This is realising my lifes ambition to live on my own boat and not keep pinching friends, I would like advice however on inverters and generators, firstly i dont have an open ended budget and am working to very tight budget. My mooring which is paid for now no longer has electric which leads me to my question do I opt for 3000w inverter charger and genny or ? Please dont baffle me with technical detail I am after all a female....
