Thanks. I already spoke with a company in Holland who works with these boxes. The answer was to use ATF Type IID or Type A.

Does ATF also apply for most 35+ year old Hurth boxes?

Hi I have the same Hurth Synchromatic 947.10 gearbox and are also having issues in forward gear. Can you tell me which gear oil to use for this? I cannot seem to find any info online. Thanks
