  1. The pipes are screw, not push fit.
  2. No. It's not that one. I'll see if I can uplift a pic
  3. I have ruled out air leaks, fuel leaks, breather pipe, fuel filters, the only thing left is the primary loft pump. I can't even find the lift pump on Google. It's green, cylinder and has a lever at the side.
  4. With the bleed screw off on the fuel filter and pressing the lever on the lift pump, there is no pressure and no fuel being pumped through
  5. Anybody know of a reasonable priced mobile engineer in the Kidderminster area? I think my lift pump is faulty on my Beta Marine 35. The lever feels flimsy and has no pressure sometimes. The engine cuts out after about an hour's run. There is fuel in the water separator but the fuel filter sometimes drains. Bizarrely a tap of the fuel lift pump sometimes sorts the issue and the lever has pressure.
  6. Ex Brummie, the only flexy hose is from the water separator filter to the secondary filter. Have checked this for any air leaks and can't seem to find any issues with it. The issues seems to stem somewhere between the priming pump and the filter as far as I can work out.
  7. Hi Tracy, thanks for replying. There is no signs of fuel in the oil, however the priming pump does appear to be very flimsy. I didn't consider the primary pump being the cause but food for thought. Hi Tony, thank you for replying. The filters both seem fine. As I release the air bleed valve on the first filter, fuel spills out ok. I have removed the fuel link to the second filter in and fuel seems to be flowing through there ok as well. As I mentioned to Tracy, the priming pump does feel very flimsy and doesn't always pump fuel through (and assuming if the priming pump is drawing in air, would make sense) The priming pump is lever operated and is below the filter.
  8. I forgot to mention, it's a beta marine 35 engine.
  9. Hi, my engine runs for approximately 1 hour then stalls. After checking both my filters, my secondary one (nearest to the engine) is low on fuel. After priming the fue and clearing the air lock, the engine runs again for about an hour then the same thing happens again. I have checked all pipes for leaks, I have replaced the fuel filters, I have checked the breathing tank for any vacuum and I can't find any air leaks.
