  1. Not as good as the original Morse or the Lewis series. Yes, a good episode.
  2. Thank you very much Alan. Much appreciated. Thank you Matty for the photograph.
  3. In the new episode of Endeavour on Sunday night, a girl is found murdered next to a canal. I can see in the image that there is a lock behind the Bridge, Can someone identify the location please. Thank you.
  4. As always, a huge thank you for all your help over the last few months. What a wonderful forum. I will of course mention the forum in my book and acknowledge all the help I have been given.
  5. Thank you to everyone who had a go at identifying the pub. Thank you to Mark for identifying it. I said above that the I was posting the last ones I needed identified but i'm sorry there is one more I forgot about. I hope the photo is clear enough.
  6. Thank you all for the entertainment. I literally laughed out loud at the fishy puns. Thank you also for your efforts to name the location of the pub. Hopefully, someone will have a light bulb moment.
  7. Thank you so much for that identification of Bankside. I also thought the Coy Carp but I don't see those wooden steps in any pictures. Unfortunately I have never visited the pub.
  8. I know I said in my last post that there were no need for any more identifications but I spoke to soon. Again thank you to those who have helped me previously. There are two locations. First two pictures are a river location from the Lewis episode, Point of Vanishing. The second location is a pub from the Lewis episode, The Lions of Nemea. It is on a river as can be seen through the windows. Thank you again.
  9. That is wonderful. Thank you so much for taking the time to identify the locations. Regards Chris
  10. Hello everyone. Firstly thank to all those who have helped me previously. I am in midst of writing a book on the TV series Lewis. This is the final locations in regards to canals that I need help with. First three are from the episode Dark Matter. Maybe two different locations. Next one from the episode Falling Darkness. Next two pictures are from Intelligent Design both same location. Next four are from Lions of Nemea. Thank you in advance for any help. I will of course acknowledge those that help and the forum in my book. Regards Chris
  11. That is fantastic. Thank you everyone especially Tony and Julian. Thank you so much for taking the time to help.
  12. I don't know if I should make a new post in regard to this query and if I should have I apologise in advance. I have another location query and this one does not have much to go on. I have taken screenshots of what I think are the best clues to the location. Thank you again for indulging me. It's from the Lewis episode Ramblin' Boy, series 7, episode 2. The events happen around the 55 minute mark. If you have access to the episode it might help better than my screenshots.
  13. That was the episode Ramblin' Boy, series seven episode 2. The same area also appears in the Lewis episode Down Among The Fearful, series 7, episode 1.
  14. Tony thank you so much for the quick reply. Much appreciated. Regards Kit
  15. Hello everyone, I posted a few weeks ago asking if anyone could identify a location on a canal. Your response was wonderful and I received the identification of the location very quickly. I wonder if I could take advantage of your substantial knowledge again. I am writing a book on the Lewis TV series and this is why I have a need to identify certain places used as locations. I will of course acknowledge all help from this community in the book's forward. Thank you.
