I am aware of that - have you had to evaluate, or report on any canal boats been built under the RCR requirements yet ?
Presumably, any boat built since 1998 should not have any T&E (or other non compliances) unless the owners have been doing DIY,
I have have completed Boat Conformity inspection on two new Craft using the new ISO 13297: 2021. One of which was electrically propelled.
You still find T & E in craft built after 1998 both professional and DIY.
I include this in the report it is up to the insurance as to what they take.

Ask me that question when I have finished my current report over 75% of the cabling is T & E. which should be some time today.
Sorry Alan it is no longer the RCD it is now RCR Recreational Craft Regulations.
I would take a very common sense view.
Using the current Boat Conformity Check list as found within the BMEEA C Of P which is soon to be reviewed.

Difficult to tell.
I have also completed electrical inspection of craft trying claim from there insurance companies.
To see if the installations are up to standards.
-
Insurance companies are changing there requirements some are now asking for independent electrical reports.
I have already carried more than six this year.
I am in the middle of one at the moment. -

I'm corrected, it is an rcd, a nasty one too. We had a sparks who fitted Hager, they were constantly failing.
Does this charger/inverter have a relay inside that connects the neutral of the inverter output to ground when in inverter mode? If so I bet it is stuck closed and as this is downstream of the rcd will cause it to trip.
Water in blue plugs is the obvious one, does it still trip with the charger disconnected?
If you go back a few post I have already mention this.

A common issue with Heart Interfaces is one or more of the change over relays stick causing the faulty you describe.
I am not aware of any one who might repair this unit.

A name not mention yet P. Tindle (I am not if that is the correct spelling of his surname)?

Having installed and service PV installations for many years Victron regulators are my only choice they work faultlessly.

I have had many good evening in the old pub.

Dartline were a hire company.
The only issue and this comes from personally experience are water leaks always from the GRP cabin. I could never stop the leaks.
Wooden hand rails often look good but total rotten.
Plus all of the other issues when buying a craft.

Justin Green or T. Tucker both well respected.

If you are asking for help can I suggest using someone who knows what to do.
It is only a very small electric shock can kill.

T. Tucker is an excellent. And is not associated to any marinas to my knowledge.

You may find that when you come to insure this craft that the insurance company you select will require a new out of water survey.

During Mid-November / Mid March the output from the panel will reduce by about 80 / 90%.

In the genny? 5 years ago.
The capacitors are classed as a service item normally being replaced every 2 to 3 years they are of the voltage control system..
-
How can you say that have you had the batteries tested?
-
When were the capacitors last checked?

Well from a reading of 100% it has gradually dropped down to 70% despite the voltage showing 13.3v. Strange.
Does the solar input go via the shunt of the MICC?

That would be correct.
You have completed a manual reset however what is the battery state? I am assuming they were not at 100% when you removed the fuse.
Ideally you should now recharge the batteries until the battery charger goes into float.

Correct, you still have to use ISO 13297: 2021 as well.
Also checking that the correct voltage fuses are being used.
Have ferrules been used so simple so many installers do not use them.
