Hi, got an answerphone message Monday morning, very apologetic with reason for delay. Posted my items first class and they have arrived this morning. Glad that it's now sorted. Thanks to Matty40s for the new phone number.

I have a similar problem, and have used the 01327 no, which gets you Eco toilets. The lady took a message for Richard, as he was out at an exhibition. I will give him 24 hours to get back to me....
