I typed "exhaust sleeve" into Midland Chandlers' website expecting to be taken straight to one, but no! Same with several other online chandlers. My boat (built 2001 by Ledgard Bridge) has a flexible sleeve over the exhaust pipe, fastened with press studs, which protects against burns from the hot pipe. I had assumed this was a standard arrangement, but clearly not. The sleeve is now falling apart so it needs replacing. I know about exhaust lagging, but the sleeve seems a better option. Can they be obtained anywhere?
