exscuse me no i did not have a bank account when i got benifits and im not a con artist, im female just to add to this, also i got my benifits put into a post office card account but these type of accounts are only to receive your benifits,the only reason i wrote this as a first post is because i genuinly did not know what to do.so dont appreciate the mean comments.

hi ive just got into living on a canal boat permenently im on reguler medication. i had to leave my old doctors because im not in there area anymore. none of the doctors will register me without an address, i dont have any family or friends to send my mail to. i also need a bank account too. then there is my benifits i get i need an affress for them to write to me, what can i do in this situation, any help is appreciated. thanks.
