Hi David, I can assure you that during the Water Weekend the toilets are cleaned and stocked with the necessary items. Last year I personally attended to this! In addition we have newly refurbished town toilets about 200 metres from the Canal Basin. The condition for rest of the year is down to the CRT and boat owners. We now have a Canal Volunteer Group in Whaley Bridge and they do all they can to keep the area nice. We will pass on your comment but boat licence holders should complain direct to the CRT at Manchester and Pennine. Best Regards Barry
