It's that man from the insurance company again. Some of you may remember a thread I started back on 31 December 2012 - Looking for stolen narrowboat - when I was asking if anyone recognised a location or a boat shown in a photograph. I am showing that same photograph of the green boat again. Quite a few commented that this was a boat that had been reported stolen from near to Norton Junction back in May 2012. The second photograph shows a black boat. I have been told that these photographs are of the same boat. The black boat is a 58’ Liverpool Boat constructed around 2007 and I understand that the rounded top of the forward bulkhead upstand is a non standard feature that would have to have been specified by the original purchaser. Does anyone recognise this boat? Were you the original purchaser? Was the boat once yours? It may well be painted green or some different colour now. I would be grateful for any assistance. Thank you all for the interest shown in my original post. Please accept apologies for the brevity of the post but as has been mentioned by a number of you, I do work for an insurance company, RSA Insurance. We have been asked to meet a claim for the theft of a narrowboat and because of this I am constrained as to what I can publish or comment on in an open forum. My request for information was quite specific in that I am very keen to identify where the photograph was taken and any of the boats visible in it. I will happily respond to appropriate emails.

I am trying to trace a Liverpool Narrowboat, probably constructed in 2007, that disappeared from the waterways some time after October 2011.
