We are planning our first canal holiday there will be 4 fit(reasonably)adults in our 50's. It was booked by our very enthusiastic friends with out much research so we are booked in to pick up our boat from Alvechurch and travel the Stourport ring in 1 week and visit the Black Country museum on route. Is this doable in the time. After looking at the maps I think we need to get to the top (or is it bottom) of the Tardebigge locks on the fist day ,there appears to be moorings between lock 29 and 28 where we could spend the first night, anyone know how long it will take to get throw this number of locks. We are going in the end of June so it will be light until late .Any help from more experienced crews appreciated
