we live on a boat at billing, its ok, you can moor for half the price in town but no parking and no fun days, get 4 free annual swimming passes and 2 fishing at billing, we like it, marina very secure but lack of maintenance, ive been in the drink twice, and wife broke her back at showers, other than that its ok

maplins are selling their 2.5 ish kw solar panels half price at the mo, we use our battery just to power our water and interior lighting, this panel charges the batteries back to full every day when the days are this long, when the clocks change we need to charge the battery approx every fornight, hope this helps
