I am asking people who probably know more about canal boats. I think if the government imposes a ban on canal boats it does not affect me as I don't have one or use one. But it may affect some small businesses who depend on the canal boats like small fisheries may be? Lets hear from them if possible.

Do you think using boats is a risk factor to UK canals during winter due to some places where there is dense fog? Please have your say on this and help me finish my course work on this topic. Many Thanks WD
