LONG AND SHORT OF IT, FREE REPAIRS. After the worst of storm Ciara, many elderly, physically impaired, students or low income people, can't afford to replace their covers when they are storm damaged, leaving their boat less secure and colder. So for the rest of this week we are offering FREE small cover repairs, to anyone in this demographic who may be struggling, and have to decide between bills or safety/warmth. This shouldn't be happening, so we will try and get as many covers repaired this week as possible. All we ask is you call us to arrange and then bring the cover to us. Our company is at a size where we can just afford to give a little back, and that's what we intend to do. Please spread the word as we will financially and physically only be able to do this for about a week, while we are unable to get out onto the boats due to the conditions. After that the bad weather should start to decline and we can get back out on the road making new covers. Would also like to thank Midland fencing and aggregates who initially gave us the idea. Forgot to say, Thanks for the tip.. I used myfonts.com I took the photo and cut the letters out in photo shop then rotated them.. All worked well.

Hello all, Anyone any idea what this font is. Closest so far is CheltenhamITC Bold. But its not quite there.

Hi Nice to know everything is ok. We actually do both the 3/4" Ali frame and the solid hardwood. Both have their uses. Stopping a tree crushing you should not really be put on the list if at all possible! Again glad you are ok.

On no!!!! What have I started!!??!!

Hi, Just a quick two part question. We've started a new embroidery service to add that little something to our boat covers. We are embroidering boat names and logos but Sod's law, the second customer has created a question for us!! ( not that we mind, I just want to get it right) They have asked us to embroider the Canal and river trust logo along with his boat number on to the canopy. My question is , A. Are we allowed to use the logo ( I assume so as its freely painted on a lot of boats). Part two of the question, Is there a standard ( almost legal) font and font size for the numbers. I think the answers are fairly obvious, as in It's fine to use logo and and font is ok as long as it's clear. But I just want to check before we put needle to canvas. The job is due out on Thursday so I would appreciate any 'Useful' feedback. Many Thanks Ian
