I think your marina man talks sense when he say that you will probably end up with a 60ft boat. It all depends on how much disposable money you can part with. without sending you broke becuase you probably wil struggle to sell it. At times what seems a great idea, isnt so fantastic after all, and although the idea of completing you own boat seems great, overtime is it really worth it.
