I'm based at an auction house in Nottingham, we sell all sorts of assets and currently have a narrowboat up for auction. As the marketing manager, I always look for the best industry specific publications and websites to advertise a sale. However, I've found two interesting facts about the 'canal community': 1) from what I can ascertain, the main websites don't offer advertising opportunities 2) you guys are fantastic bloggers! You have a very close knit online community and even a ranking system for most popular sites (which I love!). Can anyone please advise how I can get details of the auction out there in to the canal netosphere? The auction starts this Fri and completes on Monday so time is of the essence.
