Hi, not sure wot involves the TV receiver, would that be a sort of freeview box f the pc? was thinkin streaming t'internet but open to everything else :.) Did u enjoy Blackrod? I do like it here, been here for quite a few years on Station Road, just recently moved to just off Greenbarn way. Loadsa fields n nature, tastic, just a bit expensive! Ah thanks Chris, So does the digital TV dongle have quite a few channels like freeview or is it just the old terrestrial? We have a small laptop which we need to use anyway n was thinking less gadgets around the place if we combined the tv to it tho I guess we need to way up how much juice we need for its use! Hi everyone, Trace n Paul here, We have decided it is too expensive living in our rented house in Blackrod, Bolton and have found a 50ft narrowboat as our new home! We are moving in at end of October so are at the beginning our adventure!! We both feel very akin to nature and living in harmony with the earth so the canal lifestyle is already within us. Having already been adopted by quite a few people on the canal where we will be moored and having horses for neighbours too it feels like a very comforable step and am very excited!! There is so much to learn and so much fun to be had, it can't come fast enough!! Love to everyone Trace
