Hi yesterday i was passing through wigan and noticed the canal drained at wigan pier. So i parked the car and took a short walk along the tow path it seems that quite a long stretch from the second lock near the british water ways offices down to the lock oposit the JJB stadium is compleatly drained. kind regards Ken...
