Barrowford Locks

I am going to be travelling south on the L&L as far as Barrowford Locks. Does anyone know if it is possible to turn round at the top of the locks to save going all the way down the locks and then back? The Waterscape boaters guide shows a winding hole at the top, but I don't recall seeing it when I was last there and the Nicholson's guide doesn't show one.

No winding hole at the top of the locks! The last one is back near the bridge before, its sign posted.

Many thanks for that - it will save us going too far then having to do the locks twice.
