  1. yes we have commercial insurance and license we just need to get boat safety cert once work is complete it has standard boat safety at the moment as for them travelling to and from the boat this will be discussed with any family wanting to use our service and when we can we will always try and help using the scouts mini bus i appreciate your feedback and advice it always helps when its genuine advice so thank you

    thanks jonathan

and yes i have full support of our dc and my gsl

  2. i joined the forum for help and advice yes its a charity boat no im not a scammer people will be given free holiday and fuel for the holiday its not down to us to provide travel to and from the destination when the boat has been used we will attend the boat  to empty the loo and  give a good clean and sanitise before the next family take it  anybody taking the free holiday will have to supply their own food and drinks

as i said i joined here for help and advice not to be ridiculed and feeling like i need to explain myself to people

i am great full for any help and advice but i do not appreciate being called a scammer

all i asked was for help with towing or if their was anybody selling an outboard i also asked for pics of golden nook

we are just trying to provide a great experience for people that wouldn't normally get the chance to experience it

So would I but its not narrow beam.  There are a lot of moorings on the route requested.

There is the extra working of the locks too. The wide locks will not take this boat with a narrowboat alongside.

would any of you be intersted in helping

  4. hi guys thanks for replay and yes we are the 8th bebington scout group

i have looked high and low for somebody to lend us an outboard but with no joy plus its the cost of rewmoving ours then fitting the loaned engine then having to remove that to fit new engine

so i realy either have to buy a used engine or find a tow

    many thanks

  5. hi tam
