[water pump]

A few days ago i have a leak on my flowjet water pump, ive taken it apart and cleaned all seals refitted and it worked well without leaking. Until 2 days ago when we ran very low on water and now the pumps start running every 3 mins for about a half a second. I have had this problem before and ran the cold water tap for around 15mins and was ok but this time no good. please help
