You can read in my information that I'm a retired Dutch bargee, I moved in 1979 from the Netherlands to France on the barge that I was earning my livin with.

I've only lived in the UK for 3 months in 1971.

My experiences are not very interesting for just pleasure cruising people, as I was on the waterways to earn my living.

Yes, there's a photo of my boat (look at page 4 # 72 "Photos of your boat") , which is the same as on my avatar. Sadly enough because of health reasons I had to sell my tankerbarge after I'd almost finished the steelwork on her, so I'm still living on "JOY".
