[New flue and collar required?]

Hi all,

 

So I went away on holiday and came back to find my chimney had fallen off. It was in a pretty bad state anyway so was not a huge surprise. I’ve cleaned all the muck off around the collar, however the inside of the collar and flue look pretty grim. The collar is also an unusual 11cm diameter. 

I was wondering do I need to replace the flue and the collar or is it ok enough for me to just fit a new chimney. I dont have any leaks at present.
