  1. Yes that's what I've seen on other tug decks Daniel - think they look quite nice and will match the rest of the boat nicely. Am I right in thinking that they are more effective when placed in pairs with one at the front and one at end of the boat?
  2. Wow, looks lovely! I'll have a ask around for a quote, thanks
  3. Hi, Thanks for responding. That sounds like a clever solution. Do you have any pics and where did you get the work done? Cheers, Ed
  4. Hi All, Last year we had a lovely bedroom installed under our tug deck but as winter has drawn in we are starting to see signs of mould. A quick spray of vinegar/remover does the trick but I think it's time to accept we need some proper ventilation in there / also concerned about upcoming BSS. The carpenter who installed the bedroom suggested a mushroom vent on the deck, but we feel it would ruin the aesthetic and would be a tripping hazard, another suggestion was to put vents in the gunwales, but i'm concerned this could be a problem when we cruise the Thames in the summer. I'm thinking that we could cut some holes in the sides of the hatch that used to provide access to the hold. Wondering if anyone has any other suggestions or solutions. I can post some photos if it would help. Thanks, Ed
