Two possibilities: Do a fully documented rebuild with loads of pictures of the wearing parts then paint and polish nicely before selling in running order and able to be demo'd.

Or ,  sell as seen, in bits.  As a buyer I would then want to be able to see that it was all there and any awkward bits like magnetos were functional.  Would also help if the fuel pump and injector nozzles were cleaned and serviced, with a bill to prove them OK.

My preference would be to rebuild, but I like building engines.  It will probably sel just as easily in pieces.
