He doesn't quite appear to have a breaking wash, and no moored boats are in the photo. What strikes me about the cover is that article "Smelling of roses". What on earth could that have to do with boating? 1

The 2019 SPCC tideway trip will be on Saturday 18th May. Places limited so book early. Locking out in batches from 0500 to 0615. I'm looking forward to seeing the new Woolwich Ferries.
