I just read that some had a letter from district enforcement today and they have not been to Reading

The lady in question says 'how do I prove I was not there' - I would have thought the company claiming the charge is valid would have to prove that you WERE there. Even with a parking ticket, the wardens take a photo of the car when booking it. Similarly with speed cameras, a photo arrives with the fine (so I'm told!!!)
