Alde Boiler service / repair

Can anyone recommend someone who can service / repair an old style (tall, thin) Alde boiler, based in the Midlands / Birmingham area or willing to travel.

 

My little temperature control knob has gone all weird and won't turn properly, making the boiler very difficult to light.

I didn't know Aldi made boilers?

 

Seriously though there is a guy who started up a year or so ago doing this professionally - don't know how to get him but ring around a few boatyards try Phil Jones/Norton Junction/JD boat services for starters??

 

Someone on here might know.

Try  Graham Cutmore, he used to work for Alde before he began to service them. 

 

I think he now uses someone younger to service them in situ,  but services them himself if you return it to him.
