BM1 battery monitor settings

So having changed the leisure batteries and reconnected everything - all good ?

Read the bm1 manual about how to set it up again, and am confoozed about setting the battery capacity.

Each of the new batteries is a “nominal” 220ah - do I enter 220 or 440 into the battery capacity setting?

Cheers in advance!

How have you got them connected?

If in parrallel= 440

If in series = 220

Assuming only two batteries.

As the only trustworthy readings do not need that information you could set it to anything. The readings it needs it for are known to be or become very misleading for most people (see fridge thread) and encourage people to ruin batteries.
