Reliable painter for touch up.

Hi,  Does anyone know of a RELIABLE painter in the Harefield ( or that will travel there) area that could do a small bit of touching up on a boat. 

We have a boat that was obviously painted in damp or cold conditions or with poor prep that has had some paint come off on removal of tape.
