Sorry to hijack the thread, I hear there is sometimes a convoy system for nb going upstream. Anyone any further info please

St Pancras Cruising Club organise an annual trip from Limehouse,  through the barrier to Margaretness, then up to Teddington. Next year it is on Saturday 18th May. Limited spaces. Book here

 

At other times it's a bit hit and miss. You can try here or on Facebook, or else ask Limehouse what dates they have bookings for, and attempt to join up with another boater. 

 

And there are several people (including me) who are happy to come along as experienced crew.
