Please message me if you can help. Thankyou Martin There appears to be a BMC 1.5 on ebay at the moment, £100 and no bids yet. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/kubota-bmc-marine-engine/192636576325?hash=item2cda08e245:g:s8YAAOSwh49bgEVG Or there are several expired ebay listings which failed to sell, e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/bmc-diesel-engine/263833086299?hash=item3d6dad695b:g:G0UAAOSwixlbVhSB Worth contacting all of them I'd say. Search for completed listings. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Boat-Engines-Motors/56422/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=bmc+diesel&_in_kw=1&_ex_kw=&_sacat=56422&LH_Complete=1&_udlo=&_udhi=&_samilow=&_samihi=&_sadis=15&_stpos=RG6+4BY&_sargn=-1%26saslc%3D1&_salic=3&_sop=12&_dmd=1&_ipg=

Not after just paying for extensive fencing and tree pollarding work here! Of course I appreciate that budgets vary - but I'm also aware of the adage "Buy cheaply, buy twice". Yes? Or do Calcutt require a knackered 1800 engine in addition to the £3k purchase price for a recon 1800cc engine? The web page is ambiguous on this point. Boater Sam
Most fell over. A luton diesel was so slow it was impossible on a motorway, the wind used to blow them backwards. Edited August 25, 2018 by Boater Sam

The 1500 Diesel was pretty slow and sluggish in vehicles, nobody wanted them.
