Charter Management Companies?

So, I'm thinking of chartering my boat out for holidays but I don't really want to write off my weekends waiting around to hand the keys over to people.

 

Does anyone know of any companies or boat yards that'll do the management side of things for me, albeit for a fee/percentage?
