Hi, I have now had my rubbing strakes fitted.

Was Mike the Boilerman right at £8400.00?

Did Clarrie catch fire and destroy Caggy's boat yard?

Or how much do you think it cost?

:)

No

Need the full information to make an estimate :

1) How many ?

2) Full length (or not) ?

3) Continuous or 'spot' welded ?

4) Including lift out /in or not ?

It's too late for you to quote for the job Mr deenfield, he's had it done!:)

I had her blacked at the same time so docking fees not to be included in the price. My book, K9 Stole my trousers is included in the price :)

I'll go for £666 then, without "K9 stole my trousers"

I wondered if it was your boat in the dry dock when I walked past yesterday

I had the rubbing strakes on my 45' steel boat properly welded up at Debdale a few years ago, like a lot of boats they had originally been stitch welded.  There was certainly no problem with the linings/insulation catching fire.  I'll guess about £350 plus materials.

If the boat had Clarrie on the side then yes.
