Been happening over the last week i have read, you would think they would have someone watching the locks to try and catch the shits, no, they ask for boaters to help on twitter instead!

It is a little irritating that boaters end up suffering the inconvenience of an early lock up, when I enquired they stated it is locked at this time to allow for staff finishing their shift, an obvious clue for the miscreants that no one will be there to catch them!
