Quick drying sealant /adhesive required

Featured Posts

I need a quick drying (within 4 to 5 hrs) sealant.

It is to seal some bolts  which are bolted through a grp hull beneath the water line.

The bolts hold on a sacrificial anode which needs replacing between tides.

Any recommendations please?

'Gorilla' stuff (in a tube - not the liquid in a bottle) is advertised as 'sticks like sh on a blanket' and works under water.

You have one hell of a corrosion problem if the anodes only last 12 hours.

Fifteen love !!

Its a jaguar!

30:30

My Jaguar sits on the bonnet (I don't let it anywhere near the steering wheel)

This is what happened when I did :

This was the accident in which my Daughter in law broke her back (rear passenger seat) and SWMBO got severe bruising from the drivers seat-belt and airbag.

I loved that jaguar.

Edit to add - a little bit of humour that came out of the accident.

smoke coming from the engine - SWMBO virtually unconscious - fireman says "where is the battery" (he couldn't find it under the bonnet, as it is in the boot) - SWMBO replies "I don't know, I havn't had it, someone must have taken it"

Trees always win, but jaguars can climb them usually.

This Jaguar was T-Boned at a junction ( a driver on a minor road didn't stop & 'joined the main A road' and hit at approximately 60mph) so the jag was a little 'wounded' before hitting the tree.

The other Driver's insurance company suggested that my Daughter in Law should sue my wife for compensation as she didn't avoid the tree, resulting in the broken back.

They did not seem to realise that the tree was hit because 'their' driver smashed into the side of the car and pushed her off the road into the Ditch and the tree.

Its 3-years in August and we still don't have a court date to discuss compensation.
