Re: this site key is not enabled for invisible captcha

If they are using Google reCaptcha, the old version 1 (which asked for two words initially then moved onto house numbers) is no longer supported or working as of end of March. Sites need to use version 2 (where we normally just tick that we are human) or invisible reCaptcha. I updated this forum to reCaptcha v2 last month.

Whichever is used, the site owners need to get a pair of API keys from Google which are linked to the site domain name, then set them up in their system or code.

I don't anything about the site in question but it sounds like they could have been in the process of changing over, and have set up the wrong API keys for the type of reCaptcha used, or were using API keys from a test site on the live site.

In any event it is an issue with the site and end-users can't do anything about it other than wait until it gets fixed.
