Dog Friendly Pubs on the Trent and Soar

Not something we have ever had to worry about whilst out cruising before but now we have gained the mutt we could do with finding some dog friendly pubs along the Trent and Soar for our cruise this summer. 

Any recommendations will be gratefully received thank you.

Took him to our local The Cow and Calf tonight and he isn't going to make a bad drinking partner.

He just needs to learn that not every fog wants to play with him!

Navigation, Barrow upon Soar.

None, none at all.

Well actually we will let the dog in but you can keep the boat at the mouth of the Soar. .......

 

Swan at Mountsorrel, good food and choice of beers ciders, Horse and Trumpet Sileby,  Soar Bridge Inn as well as Navigation in Barrow, The Boat in Loughborough, Swan and Rushes opposite basin.....

Dogs welcome in the Swan at Torksey, (you probably knew that) the one at Fiskerton I can never remember the name of.. The Lock keepers rest at Sawley and The Anchor at Kegworth.
