Hi all,

Really struggling finding trim for a new fit out on my narrowboat.

Any help with companies would be much appreciated.

What exactly are you looking for - Trim covers a magnitude of things from soft furnishings (trimmings) to concrete blocks (to 'trim' the 'angle' of the boat) to thin strips of wood (to edge work surfaces) to .................

Is it the 'edge trim' to go onto the panels you are looking for ?

Edit to add : The second part of your post didn't appear for a while - so you have now answered the question.

Try B&Q, Do-It-All etc.

Google wood mouldings thousands here, including some of the DIY sheds.  Richard Burbidge seems a huge range.

Here you go  Mouldings

Dont try B&Q, they never have more than 4 of anything and one of those is broken and another 2 warped.

Or... a router and a table saw. Rout the profile on the edge of a piece of solid then cut it off on the table saw. I’ve made several custom mouldings that way.

Went the same way, makes a lot of sense if a lot of edge trim is required, much cheaper and allows for a multiple of different profiles.

I found purchasing premade mouldings to be very expensive and also a hassle obtaining the profile I required also, being a ccer, difficult locating supplies.
