Like many simple Q's there are no simple A's

You can buy second hand solar panel [this site and others], which might be one option, however you probably need to use the solar power generated in the most efficient way. The cheapest options are often the least efficient.

I have used Solar Universe on a couple of occasions and would use them again but if you want fitting as well then the fitter may want to use their chosen suppliers. Solar Universe has panels that are narrower than many so may be better for a narrowboat but that is a personal thing.
