Some time ago, I read about an application being put forward to propose the investment and redevelopment of Sharpness, Gloucestershire. This involved redeveloping the marina, the docks and the creation of some 300 homes to the east. I understand that local consultations were done but since then I've not heard any more about it. Is it still on the cards or dead in the water? I thought it was a great idea.

Anyone in the know? I've included a link to a news article below for anyone who is not aware of it.
