Grand Union Canal - Wolverton

Reported to CRT today but until they clear the problem / put out a stoppage notice...

Just South of Bridge 69, Wolverton. A cruiser has been abandoned for some months and was partially flooded but either the strong winds or local children have now capsized it to partially block the channel.

Push it a bit further,  the only way to get CRT to do anything about it will be to block the navigation.
