Flexible pipes to water pump

Would it be ok to use these fitting at screw fix as flexible pipes at the fresh water pump have the correct fittings at the pump seems a simple solution unless someone can advise why not. (

Last few times i bought new taps for the house, this comes in the box, makes life much easier.

Best way just be aware some of them are full bore and some small bore hoses, use full bore if feeding a shower or you will have a dribble.

These are constructed with a thin wall plastic pipe inside a woven stainless braid.  If you bend through a tight turn they have a tendency to collapse so may be ok on the output side (though with a hard bend it may still be a bit constricted) but on the input side it might collapse and restrict the flow.  My pump fitting instructions recommend a full 360 degree loop to minimise noise, so I used food grade hosepipe.  If you use them, I would be interested to see how you get on with both flow and noise.

My thought on using them is there ease of fitting with no worry of connecting to the plastic already fitted.my worry was the thickness of the pipe as you have stated above Chewbacka for bends and vibration from the pump.
