Parking at Nuneaton?

Need to hire a car next week. Is there any parking within easy walking of the canal. And easy for Enterprise to find.

Probably not a good idea, Boot Wharf has shrunk since selling a lot of its hard standing to the housing developers and everything seems to be squashed together now, including the car parking.

Maybe the Anchor at Hartshill? They have a large car park and it’s right on the canal.

About 1.5 miles from Enterprise at a guess.

If you go up the Ashby Canal to Bridge 17 (Coventry Road bridge) there is loads of off road parking on the Marina side of bridge or KFC car park, Many buses to Hinckley or Nuneaton, an easy location for car hire to find.

moor at the visitor moorings, just past boot wharf if heading towards Coventry, then walk down the road and through riversley park, enterprise is on the edge of the Park, its about 20 mins max.

you can park in any of the side streets close to boot wharf, plus you can go into the three horseshoes and sample the lovely ales!
