hi folks any of you guys out there got parts for for the aldi 2928 model what a time for it to break down .

yes just been on is site thanks ,,i think it the inpeler when i take it out the water tank it spins round ,when i put it back in the water it stops ...

I find the Aldi bits excellent, I have a set of :

wood (x2 different types)

HSS

Might be the rubber drive sleeve connecting the motor to the impeller shaft. If so maybe a dab of suitable glue

How strongly does it spin round. Should be quite powerful. If its weak, either the voltage is low or the little motors on the way out. There could be gunge in the tank obstructing the impellor or the impeller may have swollen and is binding.

thanks bizzard its pretty weak to be honest and im with you the little motor on the top has had its day i think ,but i have tryed to locate one .but not having much joy ...

Ebay, yes the auction site. You will need to join then type " Alde boiler pump " in the search and one comes up at £123.

It is complete, motor and impeller.

The motors are reversible, put the wires on the correct terminals. If the the motor runs backwards a thrombosis in water circulation will occur.
