My Mum(89 years old) hardly ever uses the phone. I Skype her every day and that's the main reason for her having broadband. £53/month seems way too much. Would Talk Talk do the job?

Been with them years have had a few reasons to contact customer services none  service related. After first time i didn't bother just emailed CEO and it was sorted in hours.
