I dunno about that particular one of Trotman's fleet - AFAIR he was on the non tidal bit for some years before EA took any action, but certainly both K&R and EA were successful in prosecuting him. That's why he ventured into no man's land just below Teddington lock (where that picture was taken). He moved / was moved smartly back onto the Upper Thames. It's been quiet recently; I wonder where he is (there are several similar boats in his fleet). OK boating is a broad church, but when he's making money out of it; that's what sticks in my craw...
