Interesting find, Ray. Plenty of scope for some Then and Now photos there! 

Pity a lot of them seem to be misdescribed. Many of the views ascribed to Hackney and Islington are of other London locations.

I agree. I recognise a few that are not attributed correctly. I go by the gasometers!

That'll confuse the Then and Now photos of the St Pancras area then - the gasholders have moved!

Remember standing on top of one of the original holders there when we purged it with a co2 gas generator lorry called a puffin billy. Slowly ascended. In those days that area was only well know for its working girls.

The ladies it is reputed offered a discount to any of the gang.

I used to work nesr Kings Cross and uswd to park by the Kings Cross gasometers for free in the mid to late 70's.

You can buy them or PDF a low quality version direct from the site. Some are quite hi res. I've shrunk these two down quite a bit but if you zoom in on the site, there can be a lot of detail.
