RSS feeds

Having set up a custom stream for unread topics, I find the RSS feed (which did not work on the previous forum software) to be quite useful.  I use the "RSS Feed Reader" extension on Chrome.  It only shows topic titles and I can quickly decide if it's worth reading them or not.  Every so often I mark the whole site read as I am fed up of the Brexit stuff and a few other subjects.

There used to be a quick way to mark threads read but I can't find it in this version.

Like mross I have no interest in reading the virtual pub or the old engines but I don't seem able to switch them off on the new set up. On the old one they didn't come up.

You can filter out areas of the forum in a custom stream

I think you can only filter in.  The selections are very broad.  No way to filter out individual topic.
